We invite representatives from Swiss Doctoral Schools and Research Data Management (RDM) professions from Swiss higher education institutions to an exclusive event showcasing a newly developed curriculum for Research Data Management (RDM) and Open Science. Developed as part of the innovative USI project "Research Data Management at Summer School in Social Science Methods", this curriculum, developed collaboratively with FORS, offers a comprehensive, practical, and adaptable framework for equipping doctoral candidates and researchers with essential RDM and Open Science competencies.

In an era of increasing data complexity and evolving research paradigms, robust RDM and Open Science skills are no longer optional but fundamental for reproducible research, ethical data handling, and maximising research impact.
